It serves as a perfect representation of our quality and craftsmanship in constructing outdoor spaces. This amazing design consists of a custom-built pool, with gorgeous surrounding travertine decking, a surface that can withstand practically everything while adding to the beauty of the design with its warm natural tones! As for the pool area, native plants that flourish in the California climate were included in the lush landscaping, so less water is required to maintain aesthetic beauty. The resilient plants we chose are able to survive without water and contribute a living carpet of cyclical color and texture as they flower in succession during the year. The property was on a slope which made it challenging in several aspects. Our engineers created tiered planters to masterfully address the elevation changes and to also create visual diversity in the landscape. To allow the pool area to blend seamlessly into the existing landscape, we used boulders sourced from the site to form natural retaining walls. Not only does the use ambient canopy lighting above the pool and pathways create illumination but it also makes the space feel inviting and adds warm tones for nighttime pinky-up moments. The end result is a stunning backyard oasis that has made our clients happy to be home, enjoying their very own personal escape right in their own backyard.
