Family Friendly & Functional This , delivered by Four Seasons Garden Center & Custom Landscape, was an outdoor living space for a family in Berkley, Michigan that created an outdoor living space that was functional and attractive for the family and their friends. The outdoor space features a multi-zone yard that incorporates a lawn area for recreational activities, a children's play structure, and a patio where the family can gather. We selected quality environmentally friendly materials, such as permeable pavers that provide drainage and aesthetic appeal, and durable and non-toxic wood, including the play structure, to provided safety for the children. The major challenge for this was the topography of the yard, which created barriers for usable space as a result of uneven areas. Our skilled artisans leveled the backyard. We worked with the existing mature trees, providing shade and character to the yard, and incorporated native plants that require little maintenance, and promotes local wildlife, creating an aesthetically pleasing landscape. The end results of the is a beautiful landscape that brought joy to the family - with bright flower beds, enough space around a fire pit for evening events, and open space that provided plenty of room for the children to play! The integration of function and beauty created curb appeal that brought the family and their friends together for celebrations and provided amazing memories.
