Styling / Mid-century for the Outdoor Room City Garden Company offers 'Mid-century Modern Outdoor Living Space,' which is beautiful outdoor living room that beautifully and naturally combines mid-century features. A that we completed in the vibrant community of Druid Hills where quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are the standard. At the heart of this outdoor paradise is a custom wood deck made from sustainably harvested Ipe, known for its resilience and deep, warm colors. We planted a mixture of native plant material around the deck creating a dense and lush habitat as well as providing a variety of species to support biodiversity within the local ecosystem. An eye-catching arrangement of angular stone walkways and bold plantings encourage discovery through the site, echoing themes of the mid-century. The site also featured a challenging topography that demanded creative grading solutions for drainage and accessibility. Using green materials, such as the permeable pavers used here for improved water management without compromising aesthetics, our team made this possible. It is a blend of space that works, a face that looks good alongside surroundings. This is a re-imagination of outdoor living with modern amenities like a fire pit, and custom outdoor kitchen. The natural and lovely furniture is carefully handpicked to fit a mid-century mood, cozying up family time and entertainment. The process culminates in a seamless integration of form and function, and our clients love their new outdoor retreat!
