Lonetree, CO Featured Landscape Renovation - We are proud to share our latest , a landscape renovation in Lonetree, Colorado. This initiative evolved a typical backyard into an incredible oasis that aligns with the clients vision and way of life. We started with an evaluation of the current landscape identifying spaces with no function or beauty. The biggest hurdle consisted of dealing with the grading and drainage needs to manage this non-concessive land, as well as to create the engineered solutions necessary to allow proper water to flow away from the surface and prevent erosion. We used premium stone for the natural stone surface and other hardscaping elements to create an inviting, multi-level patio and a smooth transition to surrounding landscape space ideal for gatherings or quiet time outdoors. We renovated the landscape with a rich palette of native plants, building flower beds that are always clad in bloom, bringing the entire property to life. It has a custom-built fire pit at the center, with its seating arranged around it, making it the perfect spot for evening convenience! The change? Soft landscape lighting to enhance the architecture and provide a pleasant ambience after sunset. Sustainability is a major theme for us, so we feature drought-resistant plants and irrigation systems with the landscape that thrive while using as little water as possible. The end product is a aesthetic yet useful approach that similarly boosts the aesthetics of your home whilst being environmentally friendly building. The end result was beyond what the client expected and we were all thrilled with the incorporation of their outdoor living area. Not only did this renovation enhance their lifestyle, they also increased the value of their home by a considerable margin.
