Brick & Stone Terrace - Savanna Designs, Inc. In the Minneapolis and St. Paul Metro, Savanna Designs, Inc.'s, "Brick & Stone Terrace" reinvented outdoor living for our sophisticated client. The terrace beautifully combines natural stone and custom made bricks to create a warm and welcoming feel for leisure and family fun outdoors. The began with an extensive consultation to hear our clientele's goals and lifestyle needs. Our designers created a split-level terrace to enhance the usability of the outdoor living space while fitting seamlessly into the pre-existing landscape. The use of materials, in particular varieties of bluestone sourced locally and reclaimed building brick for durability were included for aesthetic appeal and usability for the varied weather conditions in Minnesota. A significant consideration involved the site drainage problem caused by the sloping topography of the site. Our certified landscape architects decorated substantial credit to invented site drainage design helping direct the flow of water while maintaining the terrace structural integrity. Built-in seating transitions from day into night enjoyment with lighting for ambient appeal while inviting viewer curiosity the plant material with fragrance. The end product is a breathtaking memory-maker outdoor space with planting profusion for seasonal privacy interest. The patterns built into the brick and stone terrace envelope the color of flowers with fragrant shrubs, expressed beyond words by the clientele, providing away from home an unparalleled escape.
