About This Project

Park Place by Pedersen Associates "Park Place" observed by Pedersen Associates demonstrated the organization’s long-held philosophy and to say our dollars were well spent would be an understatement! This complete landscaping converted a simple backyard into a gorgeous venue that contributed to the beauty of the Alto area and the Belvedere Tiburon neighborhoods. The vision for Park Place required viable spaces that achieved the best of worthiness of place in unison aesthetics. We originated and implemented a flowering landscape with a variety of native plants that promoted sustainability and worked to enhance the diversity of the local ecosystem. We accented the gardens with classic stone walkways made of locally sourced flagstone, which guide one through ever blooming beds of flowers. Also, a highlight of Park Place is a spectacular water feature, a pond that is surrounded by a collection of carefully selected flora. The calming water draws the eyes and local wildlife, while also adding interest to the overall ecosystem. Creative solutions, including an effective filtration system to keep the water clean and clear and minimal maintenance, were achieved by the collaborations in landscapes. The previously identified natural elements were accompanied by homemade wooden pergolas that offered sky-dappled seating areas. Carefully selected, and reclaimed, made from an array of sustainable materials, incorporated wherever possible, including natural pathing, permeable pavers, water features, while matched tactfully with the local ecosystems flora! The final product met, and or exceeded, the clients' intent for an inviting retreat that supported their lifestyle while adding notable value to the property. Park Place is a successful blend of high-end and the natural ecological systems where everything was meticulously put together to enjoy every detail of the ecosystem; brings a sense of pride to Pedersen Associates to achieve quality and excellence in every contemplated by the organization.
