This Fort Salonga is another example of our quality craftsmanship for our Belle Terre through Yaphank clientele. Our custom swimming pool serves as focal point to the property with an extensive amount of hardscaping completing surrounding natural stone coping and paver patios. We used quality Bluestone for the pool deck and retaining walls, making it all look nice and still be strong. Specific materials were chosen that not only compliment the greenery but will also endure the elements and years of use. Along with the pool, the landscape design includes a variety of native plants and pieces of architecture for ornamental use. In choosing drought-resistant plants and we were deliberate in selecting almost all perennials and ornamental grasses we created a beautiful, seasonally thriving and sustainable garden that doesn't require fussing over. We also added a quaint water feature that offers a soft soundscape, adding to the serenity of the space. A significant challenge was the property's slope, which necessitated cutting-edge grading to guarantee efficient drainage and stability. Using our development techniques, we turned the difficulty into opportunity, building levels of planting beds that allow for rooting depth and creating layers of interest. The end product is an outdoor sanctuary of stunning beauty with the utmost satisfaction of a very happy client from out of state, and that interruption assimilated with the nearly-ready local landscape in a glorious manner.
