Elevated Outdoor Patio by Premiere Landscape Design Located in central Virginia Beach, the latest 'Elevated Outdoor Patio' showcases the artistry and craftsmanship that Premiere Landscape Design is known for in locations including Chesapeake, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Hampton. This elegant outdoor space features a stunning elevated outdoor patio that greatly extends the living space of our customer’s home. The elevated patio features high-quality, natural stone pavers that are durable and timeless in style, and that fit the surrounding landscape well. The included a custom seating wall made of the same stone that is both practical and visually appealing at gatherings. Native plantings and colorful flower perennials were installed around the outdoor patio to create a smooth transition from a structured area to a natural area of vegetation while elevating the entire atmosphere. One challenge in this backyard involved a slope extending from the home. Our team designed a tiered platform that created great usable space in the yard while also addressing operational drainage issues. The design consideration is important in adding longevity to the patio area and preserving its aesthetics. The final product was an absolutely stunning outdoor oasis for our customers to enjoy with family, friends, and quiet enjoyment in the evening. The elevated outdoor patio now serves an important role in their home providing a beautiful and functional presence, while also exemplifying the work that Premiere Landscape Design takes pride in.
