Lincoln Park Row House The Lincoln Park Row House by Brent Riechers Landscape (BRL LANDesign) is a classic example of function meeting beauty. The design seamlessly integrates hardy native plants with site appropriate hardscaping to create an inviting outdoor space in tandem with the architectural beauty of the row house. Beautiful permeable paver walkways guide visitors between abundant perennial beds, as natural stone boulders add an earthy elegance. Site constraints, particularly in terms of available space, while incorporating adequate drainage and a suitable soil medium were central to the s challenges. Something our talented team tackled by developing a complex rain garden, which combats the issue in a sustainable solution while also beautifying the landscape through flowers each season. The end product is nothing short of a tranquil sanctuary the ideal reprieve from the hustle and bustle of city life. The homeowners love how the design blends functional features, including reclaimed wood seating areas and weather-resistant outdoor lights that offer a cozy glow at night.
