It was based on the strategic placement of annual flower beds dotting the ace. We hand-picked all the seasonal color, including bright purple petunias, vibrant orange zinnias and sunny yellow marigolds to create a bright palette that grew all spring and summer long. Working in the high-traffic Chicago area was a challenge that Dunn Emperor adhered to by showing creativity and proficiency. The existing beds were augmented with a high quality organic compost after we dealt with the twisted nature of urban soil conditions to encourage growth and colour. Natural stone was used to create a custom-edged planting beds, which created a more formal, clean, and polished border that was more integrated with the natural environment and durable against natural elements. Our expert took utmost care of proper placement of each plant according to sunlight and free drainage of water, during the course of . The result was a stunning composition that elevated the property’s curb appeal and provided a sense of welcome for the buyers and their visitors. Overjoyed with the journey, the client took our work and planted imagine creating their own house into a welcoming family home filled with bright seasonal colours; a true reflection of their own personality. This exemplified the artistry for which BRL LANDesign is known and remains a reminder of how our firm creates joyous and beautiful landscapes in urban environments. This spring annuals reminded us that good landscaping has power, even in a city filled with architectural grandeur.
