Summary: Greater Heights by L3 Designs At L3 Designs, we are pleased to share the ‘Greater Heights’ landscaping . This fun helped transform a property located in the heart of Houston, serving the neighborhoods between Alief and West University Place. This was designed to provide a tranquil oasis while improving the property's overall appearance. The involved a strong level of planning and implementation using native plants, sustainable materials and compatible hardscaping components. A beautiful stone path featuring locally sourced flagstone gives access to decorative flower beds bursting with color using perennials and ornamental grasses to provide year-round color and texture. The cozy seating area complete with natural wood benches and a fire pit encourages relaxation and offers an opportunity to gather with friends and family. The most prominent challenge for the L3 Designs team was to address the sloped and uneven terrain of the property. Our team was able to develop a tiered garden design using decorative retaining walls made from reclaimed brick. This provided an excellent solution to the drainage issues while adding an authenticity and texture that complemented the home. The final was successful by any measure, and the clients are now the proud owners of a beautifully landscaped yard that enlivens their style along with fulfilling functional and sustainable needs. The ‘Greater Heights’ is a great example of L3 Designs commitment towards quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction while designing outdoor spaces that improve aesthetic and aesthetic experiences.
