Design Renderings by L3 Designs L3 Designs is pleased to share an exciting new landscaping , the director of the Alief and Barker area, Bellaire and beyond, 'Design Renderings'. An awesome combination of artistry and utility, which reflects our dedication to quality and client satisfaction. The landscaping design consisted of an engaging mixture of native plants, it had ornamental stone walking paths and a serene water feature, all of which were installed to enhance the beauty of the native plants and the landscape as well. With many of the materials used coming from local sources, according to best environmental practices and using beautiful design earth. The property itself presented one of the main challenges with its sloped and uneven space, which simply made a decorative and functional level garden design impossible and a maximum planting area, to demonstrate the design of the retaining walls. The entire team was able to create different tiers, that not only addressed was 'drainage!' But also created depth and interest in the outdoor living space. The outcome was a magnificent outdoor retreat to relax and entertain with a wonderful fire pit and plenty of seating options. The outdoor space had a wonderful capacity to light, and even post sundown the beauty , all around possible. The overall reaction from the client was thoroughly delighted, it was particularly satisfying that they pointed out functional and ornamental parts of the design, it brought the outdoor space to a higher level of design and function. This is truly a fine example of the L3 Designs commitment to artful, decorative landscaping that replicates their desire, as well as the dedication to quality, which improves the landscape of Houston and surrounding neighborhoods.
