About This Project

Piney Point by L3 Designs Recently, L3 Designs finished a beautiful landscaping in a Piney Point Village estate. The consisted of unifying the natural beauty of the site with elegant design aspects, all while demonstrating L3’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in our artistry. The landscape comprised a thoughtfully planned layout with plenty of native plantings, pathways, and a beautiful water feature in the center. We used high-quality materials, including patios and pathways made of natural stone and durable, environmentally friendly mulch in the garden beds. Our team was challenged with an uneven site, which we leveled, while saving the existing trees for a seamless blend of hardscaping and softscaping. One of the major focal points in this was adding a custom-built pergola that offered shade and a perfect location for guests to enjoy and relax. We added ambient lighting throughout the space to illuminate a pathway and important features, while creating a pleasurable atmosphere at night. In the end, we installed a beautiful landscape that not only improved the curb appeal of the property, but also provided the clients with a relaxing area to enjoy in their own backyard. They were thrilled with the transformation, and we were happy to see them enjoying a beautiful outdoor space that reflected their lifestyle and the beauty of Piney Point.
