Beverly | Zaremba & Company This Beverly , located in the heart of Beverly Hills, truly highlights the craftsmanship and ingenuity of Zaremba & Company, and their unparalleled landscaping solutions. This large scale residential property renovation illustrates our philosophy in developing outdoor space that harmonises protection with the environment. The began with a client looking for a calm and functional backyard oasis. After lots of deliberation, we came up with a multi-level garden incorporating local and decorative plants which worked together all year round to attract pollenators and improve local biodiversity. Highest standards of materials were a number one priority for the retaining wall and paths we chose natural stone that will last forever and will never go out of fashion. The most challenging aspect we had to contend with was the property being sloped. The first provided necessary drainage, but further terracing enabled us to define areas for resting and entertaining as well. We built a custom fire pit with natural boulders that became the gathering point for family to congregate in the evenings on starry nights. We also created layers of soft landscape lighting to light the pathways and the lush greenery to give magic the way it all sparkles at night. The end product of aesthetic and functionality that came together to mesmerize the client. Their vision made a reality!
