Zaremba & Company | Canterbury Zaremba natural stone landscaping solutions transform your outdoor spaces into a backyard retreat. Canterbury Bloomfield Hills At our office, this perfectly exemplifies the type of quality craftsmanship and innovative design that we pride ourselves in. With such a large residential plot, the land varying from steep sections to various micro climates, this site needed a different strategy. We crafted a topography-based multilayered scenery that flowed within the site nuances, while local stone was used for retaining walls and pathways adding strength and life to the area helping it merge into the site. The Canterbury is characterized by a beautiful natural stone bluestone patio that creates a functional, stylish and durable surface for outdoor entertainment. In addition to the pavers, we surrounded the patio with native plants, including grasses, perennial and evergreen flowering plants, are all blooming at different time of year, making the landscape interesting throughout the year while naturally attracting native insects and wildlife. The use of seating around a custom-built fire pit encourages family and friends to gather for evenings around the campfire. We also addressed the issue of water management, by capturing as much runoff as possible in a series of rain gardens and permeable pavers, making the landscape beautiful while also improving its function. The fulfilled the requirement of the client and also helped in serving the mother nature by keeping our sustainable promise. The Canterbury stood to attention at the close and received a rapturous applause from our clients all appreciative of the seamless connection between form and function. Zaremba & Company overcame a challenging landscape and created this stunning outdoor living space that showcases our professional landscaping abilities in Auburn Hills, Beverly Hills, and across the area.
