About This Project

Zaremba & Company's outdoor living spaces Once again, Zaremba & Company is happy to present a new the 'Outdoor Living Spaces'. It is yet another big change that we were able to make for our customers backyard in Auburn Hills, Beverly Hills and nearby regions. It was a matter of designing something functional, yet beautiful to transform a typical yard into the ultimate outdoor space and become an extension of their home. The designers hand-picked natural stone pavers, high end hardwood decking and stainless steel outdoor furniture to make sure the outdoor space is built to last and look good. The included multi level patio with a gathering space for family and friends to enjoy, including a built in fire pit, and fire pit seating areas for year round use. Caring for the natural habitat of the local environment was achieved by incorporating numerous landscaping elements, such as native plantings, ornamental grass, and numerous flower beds into the design. Some of the biggest hurdles we ran into was the property being steep and needed creative solutions to create horizontal surfaces for the patio and walkways. Making sure that that water is draining away was one of these challenges, and our team successfully overcame this challenge without erosion burning the great work that had been completed on the landscape. The end result is the stunning outdoor oasis that exceeded our clients outdoor dreams. Now, they have an inviting space conducive to outdoor dining and activities, as well as the simple pleasure of outdoor living under ambient lighting that makes it the stuff of fairy tales at night. This pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail is also what makes 'Outdoor Living Spaces' the go-to local retreat for our clients in Bingham Farms, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, and the surrounding area and a shining success and point of pride for Zaremba & Company.
