About This Project

Lighting by Zaremba & Company We are excited to announce the completion of a new landscape called "Lighting," which was a recent residential property transformation in West Bloomfield by Zaremba & Company. With a goal of bringing beauty and functionality to the outdoor spaces through the careful placement of lighting, our team undertook this challenging . The involved the integration of many types of landscaped elements such as custom walkways, colourful flower beds, and a water feature, all which needed to be purposely lit for aesthetics and safety. Chosen energy-efficient LED lights, which not only blended well with the natural surroundings, but also gave a very warm and welcoming feel. The biggest challenge we have is integrating the lighting consumption without breaking the design and the flow of the landscape. Our experienced team had planned out the layout, determining where every fixture can be placed to accentuate the lines of the building and the foliage. The end result was nothing less than stellar. The property at night was a magical scene complete with glowing pathways, and the sparkling water feature filled with stars once the sun began to set. Our client is happy with the result and said that the new lighting not only made their house look beautiful but also allowed them to enjoy that part of their home during the night.
