Zaremba & Company Ann Arbor Estate Set on this particular in the heart of Ann Arbor, the Ann Arbor Estate , Zaremba & Company ups the ante and refines the art of landscaping, its quality and numbers all but come alive. For this expansive estate, properly balanced natural beauty and functional outdoor living spaces were required, which is where our team sprang into action showcasing our craftsmanship ability. Working closely with the homeowner we created an extensive list of custom elements including a locally sourced bluestone stone patio that acts as a central hub for outdoor entertainment. Along the patio we created a diverse palette of perennials and ornamental grasses whose seasonal colors and textures offered a low maintenance selection. Prominent within it, a water feature with a waterfall, was artfully included to establish a relaxing atmosphere that quietens the mind. It was not without its initial challenges, where they had uneven ground, and just needed a balanced sustainable drainage plan. Using our experience, we devised a complete grading plan and ensured strategic water flow while beautifying the estate. By using permeable pavers and sustainable materials we created walkways for accessibility and sustainability! When the realized into existence, we scrutinized every little , from the grand landscape lighting source that tastefully highlighted the property when the twilight broke at night, to the fully-grown trees that sit privately in their screen when the afternoon sun pours down in the dry hot summer day of Western Australia. The end product was a highly scenic horizon meeting all of the expectations of the client and creating their outdoor area in to a slice of heaven. This beautiful outdoor space is indicative of the uncompromising service and excellence Zaremba & Company is known for, and can both stand as a garden and memorial for years of calm and majestic beauty.
