Summary: Summer Containers by Pierce Hill Design, Ltd. Pierce Hill Design, Ltd. is pleased to provide 'Summer Containers,' a lovely celebration of flowers and design that has enlivened many outdoor spaces in our serviced areas (Chappaqua, Bedford Hills, Rye, and beyond). Our team worked diligently to create a series of delightful container gardens, which combine high-quality materials, like ceramic pots, reclaimed lumber, and metal accents. Each container was designed with the unique style of the user in mind and suited with beautiful seasonal blooms, foliage, and textures. We loved the challenge of selecting long-lasting plants from the season that could withstand local climatic conditions and would mix well in color and shape. One of the fun and rewarding aspects of this was the logistics of figuring out the placement of the containers to take advantage of sunlight exposure and access, while also laying out a drip irrigation system to water the containers. As always, we paid special attention to quality craftsmanship in the whole to soil, to having good plants, the flower, and unique planting methodseach item had to be done in a first-rate manner. The end result was a sensational summer color display that impressed our clients and aesthetically enhanced their landscapes for use to gather as a family and entertain guests.
