Mike's - Featherball Blvd Residence Set in the charming area of Featherball Blvd, the Featherball Blvd Residence by Myers + Co. shows off the best aspects of purposeful design and skilled craftsmanship. Serving the vibrant communities of Brownsboro Farm, Green Spring, and further out, Myers + Co. turned this home into a beautiful outdoor sanctuary that complimented the surrounding neighborhood. The seamlessly integrates native plantings, hardscaped paths, and calming water elements, creating a peaceful getaway for the homeowners. The design focused on durability with the use of quality materials, including local stone and sustainably harvested timber, to absorb the environmental qualities of the site while establishing an organic presence. The design team met challenges during the build-out, which included varying soil conditions and limited space, by employing innovative drainage strategies and vertical garden methods that ensured they made the most of their footprint. Hot on the heels of the durability focus there is a custom pergola that accommodates climbing vines. This element allows shade to enhance the natural ecosystem. Additionally, the flower beds throughout the create a beautiful balance with (a blend of colors) for each season, inviting pollinators and warmth to the landscape. The completed design allows for seamless flow between outdoor fire pit spaces and gathering patios for entertaining. The Featherball Blvd Residence is shown to be a strong advocate for Myers + Co.'s and also to show the happiness of the clients in a beautifully designed landscape that not only adds value for the owners but also joy in their lives.
