Patios by Zaremba & Company Zaremba & Company has just wrapped up a stunning patio that is a perfect blend of outdoor style and practicality for homeowners in Auburn Hills, Beverly Hills, and beyond. This focused on the design and installation of a beautiful patio area with a graceful transition between the patio and the home architecture, bringing out the landscaping. The patio itself will be a superior long-lasting stone, a natural product with aesthetics that blend with the lush beauty of the gardens. We provided a custom built fire pit with surrounding chairs for entertaining or just sitting by yourself gazing up at the stars for a seamless appearance. The ambient lighting that has been incorporated into the landscaping accentuates the best parts of the patio, bringing together an ambiance after dark. The steepness of the site was one of the biggest challenges we had to solve. Our team tackled a tiered design that addressed the drainage issues but also brought visual interest and depth to the outdoor area. Locally sourced stone to provide structural integrity aided in the overall beauty of the landscape, while retaining walls added an organic form. To help us take the a step further, we added plantings around the patio, such as seasonal flowers and evergreen shrubs, which provide color and texture in any season of the year. The end result is an outdoor peace that our client and his/her family can be proud of to call home, providing an area for family gatherings or simply a place to sit and unwind after a long day. The client had to honor our commitment towards quality and crafting. We pride ourselves in taking everyday backyards and making them extraordinary outdoor living spaces here at Zaremba & Company and this patio is an example of how we do this right through landscaping design.
