'Steps' Zaremba & Company Our team at Zaremba & Company enjoys beautifying the outdoors for our landscape clients. Here is our latest , Steps, which represents our pursuit of quality and craftsmanship here to serve the good people of Auburn Hills to Wixom. This is an inviting staircase of terraces that leads from the backyard to the upper garden, increasing usability with beauty. All-stepped bluestone sourced locally hand-picked for durability and natural beauty, a timeless complement to the leafy surround. The sloped land was always going to be one of the biggest headaches in terms of construction it took a lot of planning and engineering to avoid it, and to make sure everything would remain stable and safe. We used cutting-edge methodology in the making of a solid base which holds the weight of the stone, but allows for water drainage, eliminating build-up and erosion. The steps are surrounded by co-existing lush landscaping comprised of native plants, ornamental grasses, and flowers that blend seamlessly with the existing habitat. We also added LED lighting on the steps to give off a warm glow to the area so that it can be enjoyed and appreciated in the dark. The end result was an amazing conversion that not only worked well but also made the homeowners drool over its beauty. With Steps, Zaremba and Company proves once again that our commitment to exceptional quality of landscape design means each work stands true to the identity of the community it resides.
