Site Schematic Lay on Martha's Vineyard Residential Firm: The Coastal Landscape Surrounded by the tranquil beauty of Martha's Vineyard, the 'Schematic Site Lay' depicts The Coastal Landscape's desire for the landscaping design to be done with care. The was undertaken for the lovely community of Bremen, and included a full design of hardscape and softscape features. The result is an extraordinary outdoor space that respects and embraces the natural landscape of the island. Initially, the was begun by gaining a comprehensive site analysis which allowed for understanding both the site's existing flora and character, as well as the unique slopes and elevation. The Coast Landscape team used native species within the plans while paying special attention to an ecological balance. Quality materials were selectedstone for paths sourced locally, and timber for raised garden beds lasting through the weather. Perhaps the biggest challenge faced with this site was the site's distinctions conveyed by the diverse elevation. As described, The Coastal Landscape team creatively engineered a series of terraced landscapes that resolved and redirected any potential water runoff problems whilst showcasing various unique and beautiful focal areas throughout the property. Additional seating features were beautifully designed with custom benches made from reclaimed wood and were spread amongst the gardens to invite relaxation; additionally, strategically placed boulders added an organic feel that navigated layout and comfort throughout the outdoors. The end product is an outdoor sanctuary that delighted the client with functional and beautiful advancements. An inherent attention to detail describes every cornerlush, full, and flowing garden beds to pathways inviting further exploration. The Site Schematic Lay demonstrates outdoor lateral areas where the house and property meet. It showcases The Coastal Landscape's commitment towards quality craft and creative planning. It embodies our mission of creating landscape that inspires and lasts in lasting impressions for the client as well as their visitors.
