Beverly Skyline Beverly Skyline is a completed by Seedlings Landscape Design Build encapsulating the balance between style and function in landscape design. This property, located in the West Lake Hills, reimagined a large residential site into an outdoor retreat that blends seamlessly with the natural landscape. Beverly Skyline was designed to include an amazing collection of native plantsnative wildflowers and drought tolerant shrubsthat honor the regional plants while promoting sustainability. A site- specific stone pathway comprised of locally available limestone traversed the lush landscape and takes visitors to a stunning experience of the Austin skyline. The design of the pathway considered the site topography and provided accessibility while respecting the natural contours of the land. The Beverly Skyline includes an outdoor living room with a beautiful, handcrafted cedar pergola providing shade and intimacy, creating a great area for entertaining. The seating area is adorned with quality, weather resistant materials that welcome relaxation and charm for the magnificent view. In addition, the landscape design allowed for energy efficient LED lighting to be skillfully placed to enhance the outdoor living space by lighting the pathways and accents during nighttime. Our team was challenged by steep slopes and rocky soils throughout the that would require innovative solutions for drainage and plant health. We embraced this challenge by using advanced landscaping techniques and high-quality products to ensure a healthy and resilient landscape. The outcome of the Beverly Skyline was astonishing for our clients who are now able to entertain and experience their outdoor living space while heir quality outdoor living and aesthetics increase the value of their home.
