Glasgow - A Nathan Wright Landscape Design Build Tour de Force Located in the West Lake Hills neighborhood, the Glasgow by Seedlings Landscape Design Build represents the artful blend of modern design and nature. This is a testament to our commitment to quality and detailed workmanship and serves the beautiful neighborhoods of Austin, Barton Creek, Bear Creek, Bee Cave, Lost Creek, Manchaca, Rollingwood, and Sunset Valley. The Glasgow offers a seamless blend of native plants and contemporary design. Our horticulture team selected native, drought-tolerant plants that grow well in a sustainable environment with low-maintenance needs. The custom limestone patio was constructed using locally sourced limestone and is the main feature of the design. It is a beautiful outdoor living space capable of being used for entertaining guests or having a moment of tranquility. The ornamental grasses and perennial flowers surrounding the patio in the garden create movement, interest, and seasonal blooms. One of the complex issues with this was the slope of the West Lake Hills property. A series of terraced gardens solved this issue while providing stable planting areas for the plants. This helped augment planting areas while creating an incredible depth and diversity of plants, and helped create an accessible solution to negative aspects of the slope. The end result is a true outdoor oasis and exceeded our client's expectations. The Glasgow is a successful combination of functionality and aestheticism, creating a space of serenity that inspires enjoyment. The client's happiness with the transformation reaffirms our dedication to beautiful design and build capabilities.
