About This Project

Harrington Seedlings Landscape Design Build is excited to share the Harrington a lovely transformation located in West Lake Hills. Our team was excited to take on the task of rejuvenating this expansive residential property while thoughtfully weaving in the surrounding beauty of nature and outdoor living spaces. The included a combination of native Texas plants which were specifically selected for their attraction and resilience, local limestone boulders were also incorporated to create bold natural retaining walls which enhanced the immersion of depth in the landscape and prevented erosion along the slope of the property. The pathway that was created out of custom flagstone meandered through the garden inviting guests through the bountiful flower beds which were filled with bright wildflowers and ornamental grasses providing year-round color and texture. To make the outdoor experience even better, we implemented a modern irrigation system built specifically to conserve water and efficiently hydrate the new landscape for the clients in mind, which is very important in the Austin area. Our experienced team faced challenges including rocky soil and limited access for heavy machinery, however, we found creative solutions after planning these hurdles in advance and ultimately produced a result that is stunning! When our clients saw the final reveal, they were blown away! The Harrington not only elevated the curb appeal of the residence, however, produced a balanced sanctuary for family gatherings and quiet moments alike. The landscape blended sustainable materials and intentional design while addressing the , and overall is a reflection of Seedlings Landscape Design Build’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
