Payne - Seedlings Landscape Design Build Located in the stunning landscape of West Lake Hills, 'Payne' by Seedlings Landscape Design Build is a testament to their quality and innovation in landscaping. Serving the wonderful communities of Austin, Barton Creek, Bear Creek, Bee Cave, Lost Creek, Manchaca, Rollingwood, and Sunset Valley, we constructed this outdoor space into a peaceful retreat that visually blends well with the landscape of the site. We started the with a rigorous site analysis and identified varying elevations and limited sun exposure in some areas. Our licensed and experienced experts designed a multi-layered garden space using native plants. Native plants provide sustainability and vibrant colors throughout all seasons, which make for a dynamic and beautiful landscape. Other durable materials such as flagstone pathways and natural boulders were also selected to connect the hardscape and softscape of the residential landscape. The most notable feature of the 'Payne" is the custom-built pergola that provides a shaded area for entertaining and relaxing. Built from cedar wood, it was designed tough enough to withstand the elements as a significant aesthetic feature. The addition of an in-ground irrigation system allows the garden to be maintained with all plant care requirements taken into consideration. As the ‘Payne” started to come together, our team faced the challenge of integrating the existing mature trees into the new landscape design. We carefully planned and carried out the design, keeping those natural treasures as focal points to charm the property's landscape. All services delivered resulted in a beautiful landscape that meets the client's vision and exceeds expectations. The residential landscape features beautiful green plants, colorful flowers, and comfortable outdoor living areas that make the 'Payne' a much-loved oasis for the homeowners.
