Overview: Edwardson - Seedlings Landscape Design Build Set in beautiful West Lake Hills, the Edwardson speaks to the artistry and craftsmanship of the Seedlings Landscape Design Build team. The goal of this extensive landscape redevelopment was to bring the benefits of the area into an outdoor living space for the client. The included beautiful native plantings, chosen for their ability to thrive in the local climate and attract wildlife. We used drought-friendly shrubs and perennial flowers to create a colorful experience with blooms over the seasons. A beautiful local limestone stone walkway flows through the green garden, offering accessibility in a welcoming manner. The most significant undertaking on this happened on the site with elevation changes and rocky conditions. Our talented team was able to bring in terracing solutions, boulders, and natural stone retaining walls to stabilize the site and help feature its natural appearance. Each stone was placed with detail to ensure stability and appeal. We built a firepit area to enhance the outdoor living space for gathering, surrounded by seating and adjacent to the plantings. The firepit area is accented by a low-voltage landscape lighting system that creates a comfortable, warm glow in the evening to encourage extended use of the setting. Overall, the Edwardson design developed into a magnificent outdoor space based on the client's vision while respecting the natural beauty of the setting. Our pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail produced an engaging surround that also provides a peaceful refuge for the family. The clients expressed gratitude for our ability to overcome challenges and create this beautiful landscape setting that meets their lifestyle.
