Lakefront Modern Wesley Stout Associates is excited to present 'Lakefront Modern' - a that changed the way our clients think outdoor living at Lakefront. Situated in a beautiful natural setting, this elegantly combines contemporary design with the natural landscape to create a fantastic escape for our clients. The includes generous terraces in natural stone and concrete looking down toward the lake. The terraces seamlessly integrate into the restful water of the lake. Our commitment to sustainable landscape design means we incorporated native plant material and ornamental grasses that will flourish in the local microclimate and enhance habitat and biodiversity. A modern water feature complete with a waterfall, rocks, and integrated lighting is the centerpiece of the and offers a calming effects that captures your attention once you arrive. One of the biggest challenges, was the steep bank leading down to the lake. Our landscape architect and team designed a series of retaining walls using stones that were locally sourced. We ensured our design fabricated both structural integrity along with beauty, and we designed a custom staircase to provide a safe egress from the home to the lakeshore and elevate the landscape plan with a sculptural element. In the end, the outdoor space looks stunning with a fine balance of modern sophistication against the natural environment. The clients were thrilled with their backyard escape for both family and friends to enjoy. Elevating their backyard into a retreat was a successful for Wesley Stout Associates and showcases the continuing reputation of quality craftsmanship and dynamic innovative designs.
