Built in the highly sought-after community and beautiful community of Belle Haven, the highlights the firm's commitment to quality and creativity across a broad service area, including Greenwich, Stamford, and the Hamptons. We began the with a detailed site analysis to help our team appreciate the unique characteristics of the property. With the client's idea of a quiet retreat in mind, we created multi-sensory experiences through the use of native plantings, colorful flower beds, and verdant greens to create an environment that exhibited diverse colors and textures throughout the four seasons. One of the prominent features of the Belle Haven Residence is the custom designed patio designed with local bluestone that fits harmoniously with the natural landscape. The outdoor living space provides an ideal setting for family and friends with an inviting fire pit and purposeful seating so guests can relax, unwind, and reconnect with the landscape. Despite challenges including correcting drainage issues and working around the existing topography, our team developed a sophisticated grading plan along with a French drain system that improved both water management and esthetics in the landscape. The result is a beautiful garden sanctuary where form meets function. The client's selection of temperature-resilient plants provides sustainability and a lush backdrop for clients to enjoy.
