Water Feature/Process by Graham Kimak Landscape Designs Situated within the peaceful landscapes of Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina, is the 'Water Feature/Process' from Graham Kimak Landscape Designs, where our devotion to quality craftsmanship and innovative design is on full display. This took an unadorned backyard and turned it into a soothing refuge, complete with a beautiful pond and accommodating waterfall fitted into the natural topography of the property. To achieve a uniform and consistent look, we used locally sourced natural stone, and a variety of aquatic vegetation to enliven the landscape's ecosystem. Of course, we did face challenges during the , including an uneven grade, along with existing drainage challenges. We were able to address the drainage challenge by utilizing a tiered design which improved the appearance of the landscape, and resolved any water pooling that we encountered along the way. We applied careful planning to the water flow which ensures a lovely, peaceful sound, and added LED lights to the feature for evening enjoyment, ensuring that they could enjoy scenic views whenever they chose to be outdoors. The end result blended beauty and function, putting a smile on the client's face. We allowed the space to help the clients relax and reflect, offering them the refuge that they envisioned.
