Covered Outdoor Living by In Harmony Sustainable Landscapes In the heart of the Puget Sound region, In Harmony Sustainable Landscapes has wrapped up the Covered Outdoor Living , a stunning upgrade that transformed outdoor leisure for our clients in the dynamic community of Woodinville. Where functionality and aesthetics come together for an inviting space to relax and entertain. An inviting design includes a beautifully constructed, cedar-draped shelter that creates a comfortable shaded area but still allows natural light to filter through, while enhancing the outdoors. Underneath the shelter, we installed a significant size patio built with permeable pavers made from eco-friendly materials, harmonizing with the landscape while promoting sustainable water drainage. One of the challenges we tackled during this was the uneven grade of the backyard. Our competent team leveled the site into terraces with planting beds that bring visual interest and dimension. We chose a palette of native plants such as ferns and flowering shrubs; to create a rich landscape that thrives in the local environment while supporting local ecology. We also incorporated an outdoor kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances with a stone counter top, to enhance the outdoor experience, and be able to host summer barbeques. Lighting was thoughtfully installed in the space to additional appeal in the evenings. The outcome of this was an outdoor living space that merged beauty, sustainability, and function well beyond our client's expectations. Covered Outdoor Living is just another reflection of our commitment to quality, as well as landscapes that contribute to a better quality of life for our client in Alderwood Manor, Ballard, and beyond. In Covered Outdoor Living, our clients can enjoy a place to unwind and connect with nature throughout the year.
