Greater Heights by L3 Designs Located in the center of Houston, Greater Heights by L3 Designs shows a commitment to making outdoor environments remarkable. This significant , which encompassed multiple neighborhoods, from Alief to Bellaire and Katy, focused on our experience of developing design that is cohesive to the local space. Before undertaking any work, we conducted a thorough site analysis on the entire area so our team could identify positive attributes and challenges specific to the site. We experienced drastically different soil conditions, and drainage situations- all of which we were able to account for because of our site analysis. Each member of the team helped implementing high quality materials when we were designing, permeable pavers for driveways and long pathways were truly exceptional and allowed for drainage where necessary, while maintaining the integrity of the property. At the heart of Greater Heights is a stunning multi-tiered garden following a landscape development of native plants specific to the climate. This efficient model allows for sustainability and biodiversity, while remaining to the local architecture. We incorporated a water feature that provides both visual interest to the but, unique sounds that encourage rest and relaxation. Stone seating and fire pits further establish unique and different gathering spaces for outdoor entertaining. Each plant was specifically chosen at each blooming stage and planned to provide color throughout the seasons. The site was developed so it satisfies and exceeds client expectations, allowing a large outdoor area to become a zen living space!
