This took place in the lovely Cardiff By The Sea community, where the homeowners wanted to expand their outdoor living space with a new outdoor feature that combined both function and aesthetics. Featuring the lovely Ipe hardwood for the fire feature, this hardwood is an incredible option that withstands the coastal's elements while providing rich warm tones that will next to no maintenance. The fireplace is surrounded by poured in place concrete to create a sleek modern look and contrast to the organic presence of the Ipe wood.
