About This Project

Residence on Trevillian Way Located within the serene Trevillian Way neighborhood, the Residence on Trevillian Way is a fine example of the artistry and craftsmanship of Myers + Co. Landscape Architecture. Our team worked in communities such as Brownsboro Farm and Indian Hills and transformed this property into a lush, inviting space that is both aesthetically appealing and functional. The did present challenges, including a slope and differing soil conditions. Our talented landscape architects designed a multi-tiered garden layout with quality, locally sources materials. We incorporated durable natural stone retaining walls to enhance the structural integrity of the site while providing an attractive focal point. The garden is embellished with vibrant native plants selected for their durability and seasonal appeal. A winding pathway of permeable pavers provides access to the garden while providing eco-friendly drainage and decreasing runoff. In addition, a custom built pergola with climbing vines creates a peaceful outdoor room for relaxing and entertaining guests. Sustainability is a priority for us and we were happy to install a rain garden for effective stormwater management and biodiversity support. Ultimately, the features a delightful arrangement of hardscape and softscape elements that enhance the curb appeal of the home and immerse the homeowners in nature. The Residence on Trevillian Way shows our commitment to quality and cutting-edge elements. The homeowners were thrilled and commented on how well we were to create a seamless design and functional landscape. Their outdoor living experience offers them their own retreat. Myers + Co.
