Complete Yard Renovation by Graham Kimak Landscape Designs Located in the scenic vistas of Upstate South Carolina, Graham Kimak Landscape Designs has completed a breathtaking renovation of a residential property, otherwise known as a “Full Yard” , for our client who will now enjoy the improved outdoor lifestyle experience. The consisted of completely re-designing the entire property, both functionally and aesthetically. The included a combination of native plants, ornamental shrubs, and blooming flowers all intended to match the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains of Western North Carolina. We selected high-quality, sustainable materials including locally sourced stone to create beautiful walkways and patios to match the lush green vegetation. One of the challenges we faced was the undulating slopes of the yard, leading to difficulties with draining the hatched water and traversing the property, safely. Our skilled landscape team expertly graded the landscape, installed a functional drainage system, and built tiered garden beds that solved the drainage issues we were encountering while creating depth and dimension within the yard. The centerpiece of the is a custom fire pit area to be shared with family, surrounded by seating, and soft landscape lighting so that one can enjoy evenings together outdoors. We designed this space to serve as a functional area for entertaining friends while framing the visual aspect of the fire pit. The end result is a stunning outdoor living oasis consisting of beauty and function, showcasing the craftsmanship and detail of Graham Kimak Landscape Designs. The clients were ecstatic and appreciated that the yard renovation improved their home's curb appeal and created a cozy oasis to enjoy with friends and family for years to come.
