RETRAT IN PARKINS MILL Located in the parkins mill part of Greenville County, this miraculous display of craftsmanship and functionality is represented by Earth Design, Inc. From SRS Central and decorators claim that transforming this beautiful home into a chord of tranquility matching the property and natural landscape, to clients in Dunean, Five Forks, and beyond including every area we serve. Today this had an expansive design plan that included a large open patio constructed out of premium natural stone creating an ideal meeting place for family and friends. One thing we added was a custom fire pit and seating for enjoying evenings outdoors. so everyone can visualize the landscape: The shallow traveling ripples of water illuminated native flowering plants, ornamental shrubs, and their strategic positioning provided not just visual beauty but wildlife encouragement into the ecosystem. Among the challenges we faced was the uphill terrain which made draining difficult. Using a tried and tested machinist approach, our team graded the land and directed the water movement without compromising landscape architecture. Permeable pavers were also used to reduce runoff, showing our commitment to sustainable practices. The end result was a stunning retreat that blew the clients out of the water! But here, the right balance of hardscape and softscape components enchanted us with its peacefulness where nature and calm blended together naturally.
