The sizeable residential landscape combines character, function, and style, featuring a prolific plant palette of native species, stylish hardscape, and outdoor living spaces of all types. This landscape included design challenges of steep grade and integrating existing architecture. Thus, we created tiered garden beds filled with drought-tolerant plant material that not only created year-round color and texture but further enhanced the through an environmentally conscientious approach. An elegant household path, constructed from natural granite found locally, moves visitors around the property and connects the front yard to the sprawling backyard. In the backyard, a multi-purpose patio made of natural stone provides a dynamic space for entertaining family and friends. The outdoor entertainment area is framed by a collection of flowering shrubs and ornamental grasses to provide a sense of privacy and visual delight. To ensure that our client's plant material thrives for many years to come, we installed an innovative irrigation system that uses city water, exemplifying a commitment to environmentally conscientious solutions. Beginning to end, it is hard to be prouder of a that creates a stunning landscape that enhances the property value, while also providing an idyllic getaway for quality time with family and long, cherished conversations. Prior to beginning the , the client asked for the one thing to be satisfied above all other things was that the property looks better when we're done.
