Clarendon by Zaremba & Company Located in the centre of Bloomfield Hills, Clarendon defines how Zaremba & Company can change outdoor scenes into beautiful views. This massive renovation included a full interior overhaul of a home to create a truly functional, beautiful outdoor living space. This scheme included a spectacular selection of native plants that will not only look fantastic but are also easy to maintain and beneficial to local biodiversity. There were lush ornamental grasses and flowering perennials, strategically used to create colorful tapestry over the seasons. We integrated refined and visually appealing stone walkways constructed from locally outcropped flagstone that present a natural balance to the native landscaping. The property is fairly steep so the geography was one of our biggest challenges. Using high-grade natural stone for its retaining walls, our professionals built a series of tiered garden beds. So, not only did it increase the area that could be utilized, but it also layered the land and made a stunning visual, setting the window above a leading panorama. We also created an outdoor entertainment area, with both an outdoor kitchen and a fire pit, built using quality materials that are sure to stand the test of time. The complete entailed the establishment of an efficient irrigation system that ensured plant longevity and health while minimizing water usage. The overall outcome was a cohesive outdoor environment that blew away the client and delivered the looked vision professionally. Meticulously designed down to the minute, each detail within the Clarendon is a testament to the quality craftsmanship and customer service that Zaremba & Company constantly cultivates as we strengthen our reputation amongst varying communities from Auburn Hills to West Bloomfield Township.
