Belgard Pavers and Fire Feature by Groundswell Landscaping Groundswell Landscaping is excited to showcase the 'Belgard Pavers and Fire Feature' , a breathtaking makeover that combines function and beauty in the heart of San Diego, CA. Serving coastal communities from Cardiff By The Sea to La Jolla, we designed the outdoor space to enhance the outdoor living experience and provide a welcoming seasonal space for family gatherings and entertaining. The space was constructed using quality Belgard pavers which we carefully designed to create a usable, durable and visually attractive new patio that showcased the natural beauty of the landscape. The material choice enhanced both the aesthetics and the performance of the property, while also being durable to the elements. The pavers were laid in intricate patterns in a variety of colors and textures that reflect back to the architecture of the home and also allow for a cohesive look. The features a custom firepit which was an essential focus of the space. The design of the fire feature was thoughtfully planned to create a location for warmth and fun, inviting cozy gatherings of nights spent under the starsboth with friends and family. The site challenges were considered as we worked to frame the fire feature within the final landscape. Our design team adapted to home-occurring challenges as they made the outdoor space flow to allow for seamless use. The Groundswell team faced challenges of the existing site which included uneven slopes and drainage, and built it into a flat usable area, making it enjoyable and inviting. Through consideration of subtle maintaining craftsmanship and quality, we conveyed the owner's vision to reality, culminating to form a beautiful outdoor gathering space more than what they envisioned. The end result is a spectacular landscape that demonstrates beauty and function, providing enjoyment and comfort to the homeowners. This has again proven our commitment to excellence and demonstrates our ability to once again create personalized outdoor spaces that provide a space to rest and relax.
