The Midtown Haven is home to exquisite components such as a custom hardscape system with natural stone paths and benches in reclaimed timber. Materials were selected with the dual goals of durability (Georgia flagstone & sustainable hardwood) and compatibility with the natural environment. Native plantings, chosen for their ability to thrive in local growing conditions while maximizing the pollinator population, provide abundant lush vegetation. The varied topography of the site and the need for innovative grading solutions to achieve proper drainage and access was one of the major challenges we tackled. Our experienced team worked through these challenges by using retaining walls, terraced gardens and planting systems, to create a solution that blended into the natural landscape. The end-product is a stunning space that is open and encourages relaxation and social interaction. A bubbling water feature and a fireplace turn this long-awaited oasis into a relaxing escape for clients who want to let friends gather there or sit on the swing in the evenings. In particular, the meticulous plan, expert building and environment-friendly practices have not only beautified the region but also given citizens a spot to help make contact with attributes.
