The materials selected for the were drought tolerant, permeable pavers, and a natural stone path that not only has aesthetic appeal, but also supports ecologically sound practices. A beautiful custom built pergola completed the space from sustainably grown wood, providing shade for outdoor dining, with each area designed with thoughtful lighting to enhance the landscape at night. One of the main challenges was the topography, the yard was not flat, which required significant grading solutions to allow for water drainage and accessibility. A careful solution was provided by our team consisting of tiered garden beds which appear to be a design element and also provide a function to grow herbs and vegetables. The outcome is an expansive and beautiful true oasis combining both nature and modern design. Our client loves their newly transformed backyard, now complete with a koi pond and a fire pit area perfect for gathering friends and family.
