BPC Liberty Luxe and Liberty Green PFI Plant Fantasies, Inc. Since the completed BPC Liberty Luxe and Liberty Green landscaping , located in the heart of New York City, reflects the vision of PFI - Plant Fantasies, Inc. We were excited to tackle such a massive which turned a sea of asphalt into the green heart of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City but also Bronx and beyond. Its sophisticated design married contemporary elegance with nature. By integrating landscape materials like local-sourced stone pathways, premium hardwood decking, and eco-minded mulch, we created a unified design that adds beauty while being ecologically friendly. To maintain year-round interest while balancing ecological function, our team weakly-dictated a type and amount of perennials, shrubs, and ornamental grasses that Engelina had to select. The biggest challenge we had was the fact that we had limited space to work with and also that most of the existing infrastructure such as underground utilities and drainage systems were already in place. Our landscape architects worked hand-in-hand with engineers to develop a land plan that balanced as much green space as possible with functional needs. This ultimately encouraged thoughtful planning, which meant we were able to include elements such as an in-ground water feature and a comfortable lounge area without damaging the existing landscaping. The end product of the BPC Liberty Luxe and Liberty Green is a gorgeous urban escape that we know our clients are enjoying as much as their guests. The greenery enhances the invited spaces, designed to foster social interactions and converts into a flourishing environment what would have been very different with no identity and poor by leaving something to the son of nobody. The landscape serves as a blank canvas for everything from a night in with friends to an evening of solitude and silence.
