About This Project

Kattman Residence At Richard Kattman Landscape Architecture, the Kattman Residence is a great demonstration of our innovative landscapes and high-quality design. Located in the heart of Weston, this creatively weaves the landscape and modern aesthetics, providing outdoor space for a peaceful retreat. The design reflects the integration of native planting, ornamental trees, and perennial gardens creating a colorful mix and fabric of color throughout the seasons. High-quality material was used in the , as walking paths and patios received locally sourced stone. Flowing from the residence is a unique water features as a central element to the that adds calmness and attracts wildlife through the aeration process, all while providing a very sustainable approach of construction to help achieve a balanced ecological environment. At times during the , the site conditions did include some challenges with an uneven grade and clay-based soil layers. Our team was able to use creative grading and soil amendments for maximum growth of the native plant hypotheses. We applied a very efficient irrigation method to further support a landscape mitigating water use should we experience a dry cycle to help retain the appearance of lush gardens. The final product speaks for the detail of thought and high level of care we share with our clients for their appreciation of an outdoor space that meets their answers for aesthetic change in the with decorative and enjoyment of family-oriented socializing outdoors. When everything was finally complete, the , supported with snapshots along the way confirmed our complete satisfaction of the courtesies.
