Located in Wellesley, the property had a steep slope and the goal of blending indoor and outdoor spaces. The challenge presented an exciting opportunity for our team to integrate multi-tiered landscaping that provided aesthetic appeal and practical solutions for drainage and erosion control. At the core of the design, we created a one-of-a-kind stone patio composed of bluestone harvested locally, which provides a cozy gathering space for the family and friends. Surrounding the patio, we included colorful perennial gardens that balanced native plant selections with a New England identity. This combination ensures year-round beauty and minimal maintenance, while supporting local wildlife, aligning with sustainable landscaping. To further enhance the property, we included a custom fire pit formed out of natural boulders, providing a cozy gathering spot in the evenings. A winding pathway created from reclaimed granite leads visitors through the gardens and eventually to a beautiful water feature that adds to the calming experience of the environment. The Leone Residence exemplifies our commitment to quality and attention to detail. When considering the material choices and craftsmanship, our landscape architecture team went to great lengths to ensure every part of the landscape exceeded expectations.
