This is a spectacular transformation that redefined outdoor living for our clients. Located in North Dallas, the illustrates our dedication to quality and craftsmanship in landscaping. The focal point of this beautiful Poolscape is a custom swimming pool with a modern, linear design, natural stone coping, and a stunning water feature that creates a relaxing atmosphere. Flanking the swimming pool is a carefully designed patio space, using durable, slip-resistant pavers to provide safe, yet beautiful, family gatherings and entertainment. The layout is finished off with colorful native plants and greenery that vary through the seasons and promote biodiversity. The outdoor kitchen with high-end appliances and a covered pergola provides professional, outdoor cooking with easy access for summer grilling and evening dining. One of the primary obstacles for this was the grading and drainage of the property's unique topography. Our team effectively implemented the site’s grading and drainage to address any potential water issues while enhancing the overall design through elevation changes for transitions between outdoor activities. With thoughtful and intentional design, the completed is a stunning and usable oasis- providing our clients with additional outdoor lifestyle options.
