Hunter Creek Village Outdoor Environmental Design by L3 Designs In one of Houston's exclusive neighborhoods, the Hunter Creek Village outdoor environmental design by L3 Designs demonstrates our commitment to quality and creativity. This large-scale included preserving the existing natural beauty of the area while facilitating outdoor living for homeowners. Our process involved thoughtfully and straightforwardly achieving a beautiful landscape oriented toward lush plant beds filled with Texas natives, creative stone pathways, and calming water features. There were inherent challenges such as the grade of the existing terrain, plus drainage strategies for heavy rain periods. We were able to create a grading plan while intervening with French drains, ensuring the plants would survive when the rains were too heavy. Quality material was an important design component. We used stone sourced from Texas that blended nicely with the surrounding area while offering a heavy structure. We used bright, water-friendly plants that not only created a beautiful landscape but promoted the conservation of water. The final result offers a remarkable landscape that balances beauty and function, paving the way for welcoming outdoor environments to gather for entertaining and restorative spaces. Our client was beyond thrilled with the transformation and noted it enhanced not only the curb appeal of their home but allowed them a deeper connection to nature. The Hunter Creek Village exemplified L3 Designs’ physical craftsmanship and formulation of unique landscapes and validates that we are leaders in Alief, Cypress, and beyond.
