About This Project

Piney Point by L3 Designs Located at the heart of Piney Point Village, L3 Designs has recently completed an unparalleled landscaping that evolved an ordinary yard into a remarkable outdoor sanctuary. This exemplifies our commitment to quality craftsmanship and progressive design, specifically developed to accommodate the specific wants of our clients. The most impressive feature of this landscape is the carefully curated multi-tiered garden of native Texas plants and seasonal blooms. We selected high-end, drought-tolerant plants to enhance sustainability while providing year-round color and texture. The natural stone pathways punctuated by an abundance of greenery create a warm, welcoming invite to explore through the picturesque area. One of the main challenges of the was the unlevel lot. And our team was more than capable of performing advances grading to meet the needs of functionality and aesthetics statements. In addition, a custom-built retaining wall was placed for strength and a little display of interest. The addition of a water feature, built from natural stone and surrounded by lush ferns, included a different level of enjoyment. A gentle stream creates the perfect ambiance for relaxation. We selected quality materials for strength and uniqueness, including pavers for the patio and hand-picked stone for the walls, which blend beauty and functionality for entertainment or quiet star-gazing. The clients were thrilled with the end result of Piney Point. Their new outdoor space is an oasis that embodies their lifestyle and values. This made L3 Designs proud to create a landscape that fulfills and exceeds the expectations of their clients in Piney Point Village and any of the surrounding areas. It is exciting to continue to reinvent outdoor living spaces literally one at a time.
