### Sanctuary Pool by Iris Design Associates Located amidst Virginia's beautiful landscape, the Sanctuary Pool reflects our commitment to creating transformative outdoor environments that inspire peaceful retreats. We had the pleasure of providing design services for the active neighborhoods of Bealeton, Brandy Station, and surrounding communities. With our design team's careful efforts, we constructed this luxurious retreat poolside, creating a harmonious balance between nature and elegance. The includes a beautiful custom pool of swimming dimensions bordered by beautiful lush native plantings that enhance the natural beauty of the landscape. Durable materials designed to aesthetically offer a high-end sensibility were used in copious amounts, including native stone coping and textured finish plaster. The formal pool is complemented by an oversized deck made of eco-friendly composite, which will be filled with happy, family, and friends for many years to come. Once we began work and detailed plans were established, we were confronted with one of our greatest challenges within the site, nature's sloping terrain. The terrain was skillfully utilized by our landscape architects, who created a series of terraced gardens and cultivated a seamless transition into the pool area while generating flower-filled garden spaces and scented shrub borders of color. With the boulders and gravel to provide that extra texture and maintain a journey through the tranquil garden marking points of exploration and relaxation along pathways. What truly makes you feel like the Sanctuary is a tranquil place was an amazing water feature that falls into the pool from atop, which brings the area together. Once the sun sets, the experience doesn't dim. Thoughtful lighting fixtures provide landscape illumination at night, allowing for your backyard to become an exceptional retreat. The final output was spectacular and exceeded our client's expectations! This backyard became a retreat for family and friends for years to come.
