Spirit Garden by Daryl Toby - AguaFina Gardens International This is not only a soothing space for reflection, but it also serves as a celebration of the beauty of nature, designed by Daryl Toby & AguaFina Gardens International right in the heart of Auburn Hills "Spiritual Garden". Fulfilling the intended use of the garden as a place of solace and contemplation through calm paths populated with indigenous plants, aromatic herbs, and radiant flowers that are enticing to the senses and the soul. One of the unique features of the is a small pond cushioned by natural stone boulders, creating a relaxing sensation to meditate and calm down. Durable but organic materials have been handpicked both locally from around the Stroud valley, such as granite for patios and worktops, and sustainably as hardwoods for benches. Naturalistic landscaping with ornamental grasses and low-maintenance perennials. The most prominent hurdle was the grade of the site working to the advantage of some elements of design, but creating obstacles for others in terms of overall accessibility and a massive stunning waterfall appeard, but in aesthetic balance for it deserved to be so. The team tackled this expertly, constructing tiered garden beds to produce both eye appeal and proper drainage. Every detail has been well thought out and the end product is a beautiful location that the client hopes embodies their vision of a retreat house. The 'Spiritual Garden' is a secluded area where clients can reconnect with nature, meditate or simply enjoy the view.
